Perkins Transition Center Four-Part Spring Sexuality Series: Tips and Tools for Positive, Effective Sexuality Conversations

May 28 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT

Perkins Sexuality Series

Discussing sexuality with young adults is vital, yet often challenging, and many of us lack the experience or skills to engage in healthy conversations. These discussions play a key role in promoting personal well-being, respect, and dignity.

Join Perkins Transition Center throughout May and June for a virtual 4-part lunchtime series to help parents, caregivers, and professionals explore strategies for meaningful conversations and discover tools to make this topic easier to approach.

🗓️ May 28 (week one): Tips and Tools for Positive, Effective Sexuality Conversations

🗓️ June 4 (week two): Helping young adults be Strong Sexual Self-Advocates

🗓️ June 11 (week three): Types of Public and Private Relationships

🗓️ June 18 (week four): Moving from a Friend to a Partner in the Age of Technology

Don’t miss this free series! Register here: Perkins.org/SexualitySeries

Guest Speaker: Katherine McLaughlin, M.Ed., Founder and Director of Training, Elevatus Training.
